Salon Policy

~ All clients MUST put a card on file to book an appointment! No deposits are taken off of your card, it is how your appointment is secured with us.

~ When you receive a text message from us to confirm your appointment, you MUST confirm your appointment or you risk cancellation.

~Please note appt time and/ stylist are subjected to change and you will be notified if so.  

~ If you aren’t able to make it to your scheduled appointment, you MUST call us within 24 hours to cancel, or you may risk being charged a cancellation fee of $20.

~ If you are not present at your scheduled appointment,  you will be charged a no call/no show fee, which is 50% of the service you booked. 

~ All clients will be given a 20 minute grace period. If you arrive after 20 minutes, you will be charged a late fee of $15.

~ If you arrive 30 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled.
